I ordered a wig from this seller on Alibaba and it was nothing like advertised. The hair was thin, dry, and split at the ends and a completely different colour no fringe — definitely not what was shown in their listing. When I raised the issue, the seller claimed we faked or filtered the photos, which was completely untrue luckily we took videos photos everything. Thankfully, Alibaba stepped in, reviewed the evidence, and issued a refund. Really disappointed in the seller’s response and lack of accountability. I wouldn’t buy from them again or if you do please keep all evidence. if the company where more helpful and resolved the issue I would have left a better review but the after sales care and during the process there was non.

Me encanta esta peluca, se ve tan natural y hermosa. El cabello es de extrema calidad, suave, abundante, se ve bien saludable y brilloso, con ondas suaves y fantásticas. Quedó justa a mi medida, las terminaciones excelentes. La mezcla de colores espectaculares. Volveré a comprar en otro momento, por ser una peluca de óptima calidad y belleza. Estoy más que sastisfecha con la compra ...Gracias!!!
