1. We made a 4x5-inch base for the buyer. The pictures show the original size. The buyer trimmed the hairline portion herself. 2. The buyer asked if it could be done without the clips. I told her yes, the clips are removable. 3. We provide customers with high-quality French lace, and the length is customized to their needs. We don't understand why the customer threatened to refund her and give us a bad review.
